Terms of Service

These terms are the rules for using Kling 3.0 at king3.online. If you do not agree, do not use the video generator, do not sign in, and do not buy credits.

They are written in plain language on purpose. They are still binding. The disclaimer and privacy policy are part of the same set.

The service

Kling 3.0 is an online Kling 3.0 AI video generator. You write a prompt, you may add a reference image, and you generate a short clip in the browser. You can download the clip after you review it.

Free trials are limited. Credits, Google sign-in, and checkout run on Account at account.aiphotoreditor.com for this product. The pages you generate on stay on king3.online.

We may change models, credit costs, or the trial limit. The pricing section and the generate panel show the current cost before you run.

Who may use it

You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country, and at least 13. If you use the service for a business, you are promising you have the right to bind that business.

You are responsible for the Google account you use to sign in, and for what happens on that login.

Free trial

Without an account you get a daily trial count on this device. That count is not the credit ledger. When it is used, sign in to keep generating. Guest clips stay on this browser for a short window. They do not travel with you to another phone.

Accounts and credits

Sign-in is Google only. We do not issue a site password.

A new sign-in on this product receives a signup bonus of starter credits. Each video generation costs a fixed number of credits, shown before you run. Longer clips cost more.

Credit packs are one-time purchases for this product. They are not a subscription. Credits do not expire. They do not move to another site on Account.

Failed runs are not charged when Account reports a failure. A finished clip that you dislike still used the credits.

Payment and refunds

Checkout is handled on Account. If money left your bank and credits did not appear, email support@king3.online or open live chat with the Google email, the amount, and the receipt.

We review mistaken charges and missing-credit cases. Used credits are not reversed into a “perfect” clip. We do not promise a refund because motion, a face, or a logo came out wrong.

Your content

You keep the rights you already have in prompts and images you upload. You grant us a limited right to send that material to Account and the selected model so the generate job can run, and to store a signed-in result in your library for the retention window.

We do not claim ownership of your uploads. Generated clips can drift. Review them before you publish. You are responsible for whether you are allowed to use the input material and the output video.

Do not upload images of people who have not agreed, or material you do not have the right to use.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Create illegal, abusive, or sexually exploitative videos, including of minors
  • Impersonate a real person in order to deceive
  • Attack, scrape, or overload the service
  • Bypass trial limits, credit charges, or account controls
  • Reverse engineer Account or the generator in order to steal access
  • Use the service to spread malware or spam

We may refuse a prompt, hide a result, or close an account if we believe these rules were broken.

No guarantees

Results are drafts. We do not guarantee:

  • Perfect faces, hands, logos, or on-screen text
  • Accurate physics or product labels
  • A broadcast-grade or color-managed master file
  • Acceptance by a marketplace, ad network, or social platform
  • Uninterrupted uptime

The disclaimer repeats this in shorter form.

Our site and the Kling name

The design, name, and code of Kling 3.0 belong to the operator of this site. “Kling 3.0” is used to describe the video model style people search for. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kuaishou or the official Kling / Kling AI product.

Third-party services

Google, Account, the billing provider, Tawk.to, Cloudflare, and the model providers have their own terms. We are not responsible for their pages or outages. If Google sign-in or checkout is down, try again later or email us.

Suspension

We may suspend or close access if you break these terms, if a charge is disputed in bad faith, or if we have to take the product down. Unused credits on an account closed for cause are not a cash refund unless the law requires it.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kling 3.0 and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a bad publish, arising from your use of the service.

If a court finds we owe you a direct amount, it will not exceed the credits you paid for on this product in the 90 days before the claim, unless the law says we cannot limit it that way.

Changes

We may update these terms when the product changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a post means you accept the current terms.
